Levy has stated that he will step down on April 9 and Zamorano has stated he could launch his own presidential bid.
“I would not refuse a meeting, looking from the outside and with experience you can always improve the situation,” Zamorano told Radio Agricultura.
“Colo Colo now need a new restructuring, and if someone comes to me with a long-term project, with the potential to do more, I would sit down to talk.
“Colo Colo need a total overhaul. When you read that some 60 or 70 players have passed through the club with almost no impact it is because something is not working. Everything needs to be re-evaluated, from the president downwards.”
