German daily Bild reports that the move was worth €12million and Barrios is set to net an annual salary of €6.7million.
“I’m extremely happy to come to Evergrande and to China,” Barrios said.
“I’m also looking forward to showing my ability in the AFC Champions competition.”
Barrios has signed a four-year contract with the Chinese Super League side.
