The 21-year-old has long been linked with a move back to Italy and has hinted he would be interested in a move ot AC Milan.
“There is no possibility of [Mario] Balotelli coming here,” Berlusconi told Sky Sport Italia.
“We have [Antonio] Cassano here and he has many qualities and is very talented. He is 100% staying with us here.”
