The new deal will keep the 27-year-old at Barcelona until the summer of 2015.
“Barcelona has reached an agreement with Dani Alves to extend his contract with the club for the next three seasons, until June 30, 2015,” Barcelona said in a statement on its website.
“The signing will take place tomorrow, Wednesday.”
Alves’ previous deal was set to expire at the end of next season and the defender has recently been linked with a summer move to Manchester City.
