Sport reports that Anzhi Makhachkala, who are set to sign Samuel Eto’o from Inter, have turned their attention to Alves.
Anzhi Makhachkala are reportedly hopeful that an bid of around €35million will be enough for Barcelona.
The Russian side are reportedly ready to offer Alves a contract worth around €15million per year.
