Wenger is ready to make a £12million bid for Toure but it is believed he is ready to improve on that should he need to.
Yaya’s brother, Kolo, is currently a key member of the Gunners team and the 25-year-old himself had a trial at Arsenal in 2005.
He said: “It’s true that it would be great to play for a big club with my brother. That would be fantastic but you never know.”
