The 22-year-old has admitted he could leave Liverpool this summer after falling out-of-favour at Anfield.
Babel joined Liverpool in a £11.5million deal from Dutch side Ajax in 2007.
The Dutchman has struggled to get into the team this season due to the arrival of Albert Riera.
