The Mirror reports that the 17-year-old will join the Gunners once he gets a work permit.
Gunners boss Wenger said: “For us, it’s very important that Asia is represented at our club.
“The problem we have in England at the moment is that we have difficulties to bring in the non-EU players. Before they are internationals so it makes the work for the young players very difficult but we try to bring him in here.”
