The Daily Mirror reports that Onuoha is frustrated with his lack of first team oppotunities at City and is ready to leave.
Onuoha signed a new five-year contract at City last summer, but Villa boss Martin O’Neill is ready to make a move.
The 23-year-old has also been linked with Everton and Newcastle.
