The 31-year-old, who has a €60million release clause, has been linked with a move to Juventus in recent weeks.
“There is nothing from Juventus,” explained Cerezo. “No-one has contacted us. There is absolutely nothing.
“We will not sell him. We want him to continue with us and he wants to remain here.
“However, if any club was to pay his buy-out clause, then we would need to ask the player as there would be little we could do about that.”
