Gonzalez damaged the cruciate ligament in his knee during the clash with Getafe on Saturday evening.
The 17-year-old made his debut for Atletico Madrid in the 3-0 defeat to Getafe.
Borja replaced Tiago in the 55th minute, but was forced off in the 78nd minute with the injury.
