The 30-year-old has joined the Brazilian side for an undisclosed fee, the club have confirmed on their official website.
Mancini started his career with Atletico Mineiro, but has also featured for Portuguesa, Sao Caetano, Venezia, Roma, Inter Milan and AC Milan.
Mancini will be looking to relaunch his career with the Brazilian side.
