The Dutch international has failed to make an impact since his £14m from Ajax in 2007 however it looks as if he will be staying for the foreseeable future.
He wrote on his Twitter account: “I’m going nowhere. LFC all the way. YNWA!!! (You’ll Never Walk Alone).”
