The 20-year-old has impressed for Spurs this season and is set to agree terms on a new five-year deal.
“The club will be offering Bale a new contract,” Redknapp told the Daily Mirror.
“He has come on bundles in recent months and he deserves it.
“He’s a fantastic young player with a great future and we would be mad to think about selling him.”
