The Mirror says Barcelona are ready to offer two of their Champions League winners in part-exchange.
Barca are ready to offer midfielder Yaya Toure and defender Carles Puyol for the duo.
Puyol was linked with a move to City in August and Toure is also highly regarded by manager Mark Hughes.
