“I am very pleased to be back in Barcelona, with my team-mates, and to be able to start on the final part of my recovery,” he told the club’s official website.
“As soon as I arrived I spoke to the club doctors and with Doctor Ramón Cugat, who thought I was doing well.
“I am not going to set a time limit though because that is not good. Not all injuries are the same. It is important to continue with the recuperation process little-by-little and, in that sense, I am calm because my progress so far has been good.
“It is obvious that I want to play again as soon as possible, but the best thing is that I continue to work under the supervision of the club’s medics and Doctor Cugat, who operated on me.”
