Spanish newspaper Sport reports that Barcelona could be granted first refusal on the youngster if Keirrison joins the Brazilian side on loan this summer.
Keirrison joined Barcelona in a €14million deal from Palmeiras last summer, but spent last season on loan at Benfica and Fiorentina.
Neymar’s contract at Santos reportedly includes a buyout clause at around €30million.
