Barcelona youngster: I have no problems with Guardiola

Reports have suggested Krkic could be looking to leave the club due to his lack of playing time.

The 18-year-old scored two goals in the win over Basel in the Champions League on Wednesday.

“There are no controversies in the squad. Everyone in the team was very happy for me and with the victory,” he was quoted as saying by Marca.

“Pep told me to play like I normally do and he also warned me that I will be alone upfront at some point.

“I enjoyed the game a lot and I was very excited to be in the first team.”

He added: “I hope to play every game, but if I’m not in the starting eleven, then I’ll be ready on the bench to take advantage of any playing time that I’m given.

“I am very pleased that I scored two goals in my very first start and it has given me a lot of confidence. But I am also calm. If I continue to play more, then I’ll be happy. If not, I’ll keep on working.”
