The winger worsened an injury whilst on duty with the Netherlands in the World Cup this summer, and the German club were seeking compensation.
Karl-Heinz Rummenige, president of the Bavarian club, has suggested that “the solution could be a match between Holland and Bayern which allows us to meet our losses”, with the proceeds of the friendly being taken by the German side.
