Liverpool have reportedly made a loan enquiry for the German striker.
“When a club like Liverpool inquires, their interest cannot be pushed off the table,” Gomez’s agent, Uli Ferber, told Kicker.
Bayern Munich sporting director Christian Nerlinger has ruled out letting Gomez leave the club.
“Bayern Munich are not a superstore for other clubs to come and help themselves to players,” said Nerlinger.
“No player will be leaving and they will certainly not be leaving on loan.”
