Simao has been linked with Premiership sides Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United, while Luisao has been linked with Italian sides Juventus and Fiorentina.
He said: “Simao and Luisao are our players and both will continue to be so next season. At this moment the club have decided not to sell these players and I can confirm this, although there have been press reports about foreign offers.
“This is a club decision and for me the news is excellent because they are two key players for our plans and their exit would cause problems for us.”
