Benitez has recently been linked with a summer move to Juventus and previously reports have suggested that Real Madrid could be interested.
The Spaniard’s contract at Liverpool expires in June 2014.
Benitez’s agent Manuel Garcia Quilon said: “We have not received any offers from any club.
“Benitez’s aim is to remain at Liverpool and try to help the team improve with new owners.
“He is under contract and his wish is to remain at Liverpool.”
