Blanc sacked Ciro Ferrara and replaced him with Alberto Zaccheroni on Friday.
But the pressure is growing on Blanc as well due to their poor performances this season.
“I have never thought about resigning,” he told Tuttosport.
“The responsibility is not down to one man or the technical staff, but it is down to everyone.
“The errors were not made just by Ciro Ferrara, but by everybody, including the players who go on the pitch.
“But, you don’t have the chance to change 20 players, so you change the technical staff.”
