Elmander’s current contract with Bolton is set to expire at the end of the season and the Premier League side wants the striker to sign a new deal.
The highly-rated striker has recently been linked with a move to Serie A side Fiorentina.
“Interest from Fiorentina? At the moment I’d prefer not to comment as I don’t want to intensify the speculation,” Elmander’s agent Anders Wallsten told firenzeviola.it.
“Is it certain he’ll leave Bolton at the end of the season? It’s too early to say. We’ll make a decision in two months.”
