Barton is set to leave Newcastle following an angry dressing room bust-yp with manager Alan Shearer after the game against Liverpool.
The 26-year-old has hold clear-the-air talks with Newcastle bosses, but it is still believed Barton will leave this summer.
Barton joined the Magpies in a £5.8million deal from Manchester City in 2007.
