The 25-year-old has recently been linked with the likes of Stuttgart and Bayer Leverkusen.
Zorc told Ruhr Nachrichten newspaper: “We do not have any intention to let Felipe Santana leave our club.
“We trust Felipe, he is a part of our plans for the future. We are unable to afford to let a player of his qualities leave our club.
“We are unaware if there are clubs keen on him. He is under contract with our club.”
Santana’s current contract at Borussia Dortmund is set to expire in the summer of 2013.
