Brunt impressed for West Brom in the Premier League this season and manager Roy Hodgson named the midfielder as the club’s new captain.
“I’ve got a contract here, so until someone tells me otherwise I’ll be playing here,” Brunt told the Sunday Mercury.
“I’ve enjoyed the season and I’ll just keep my head down and see where it goes from there.
“I enjoy playing for West Brom and I think I’ve got a decent relationship with the supporters.
“I’ve been here for a while now and I know the ins and the outs of the club.”
