The Sunday Mirror reports that the Bundesliga sides have been alerted by Bendtner’s reported frustration at the Emirates this season.
The 23-year-old has failed to become a first-team regular at Arsenal and could be interested in a move away from the club.
Arsenal value the Danish striker at around £10million.
