The 21-year-old is the younger brother of Roma defender Nicolas.
“He loves Lazio,” said agent Ulysses Savini. “Lazio definitely have an advantage over the other clubs.”
The agent claims Lazio have previously been in contact over a possible move.
He said: “There was already contact in January, but at the time he had an inexperienced agent working on the deal.”
