The 22-year-old has joined Cagliari in a co-ownership deal, after making just three league appearances for Juventus.
Cagliari has reportedly agreed to pay a €1.5million co-ownership deal, as well as €3million over three years.
Ekdal could make his debut against AC Milan this weekend.
