Capello said: “I would love to manage England.
“It would be a great opportunity and it comes at the right time. I think I am at the right age.
“It would make me very proud and of course I know the huge responsibility towards the fans.”
He added: “The whole world was surprised, especially after England had it in their hands.
“It’s a disappointment for the fans but for me too as I’m a big fan of English football.”
