The Roma coach has insisted that it was important for Totti to get a new role in the team.
“Totti on a footballing level is something extraordinary. In my opinion, Totti’s position is as close to the goal as possible,” Capello told Radio Anch’io Sport.
“[Ranieri] can invent something new, but I think that carrying Totti away from the goal would be a crime.”
