Chelsea are banned from signing any players until 2011, after being found guilty by FIFA for inducing Gael Kakuta to break his contract with French side Lens in 2007.
The Blues wants a fast-track hearing and get the case out of the world before the January transfer window.
Kakuta is also banned from playing in official games for four months.
