Le10Sport reports that the three Premier League clubs have been put on alert with Cavani unhappy at PSG.
Reports claim the 26-year-old is considering whether he need to leave the club in order to get out from under Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s shadow.
Cavani signed a five-year contract when he joined PSG from Italian side Napoli in a £50million deal in July.
Bayern Munich, Real Madrid and Barcelona are also reportedly keeping tabs on Cavani’s situation.
