Chelsea are reportedly considering making a bid for Brentford’s £80million-rated striker Ivan Toney.
The Independent reports that Chelsea could launch a bid for the England striker before the transfer window shuts on Friday.
Reports last week suggested that Manchester United were mulling over a potential January move for Toney.
Toney has recently teamed up with a new agency, CAA Stellar, signaling that he could be interested in a move away from Brentford.
Despite presently being under an eight-month FA ban due to betting regulation breaches, the striker’s eligibility to take the field comes January.
