News of the World says the Russian will reward Double-winning boss Carlo Ancelotti by making a move for Kaka.
Ancelotti and Kaka worked together at AC Milan and the Chelsea boss is a huge admirer of the Brazilian star.
Kaka joined Real Madrid in a £56million deal from AC Milan last summer, but reports claim Chelsea are only willing to go up to around the £40million mark.
