Ballack told chelseafc.com: “I would say to every player in Germany who wants to come, yes, because it is a great experience.
“It is different to the football in Germany, the way that you grew up.
“It is a big challenge to go first in another country, especially in England because I think at the moment, they play the best football here.
“You see that in the Champions League where three teams are going into the next round. Also in the Uefa Cup there are two teams. So here the quality is very high.”
