Tottenham have been linked with a move for Cisse in recent weeks.
Marseille sporting director Jose Anigo has confirmed that Cisse is not a part of their plans for the future.
“I do not have any issue with him,” Anigo told La Provence.
“He has announced that the club is not big enough for him. You cannot say something and then the contrary.
“Even if he remains under contract with us, it would be fine if he played elsewhere next season.”
