The 19-year-old has been linked with Manchester City and Liverpool in recent weeks.
Krhin’s current deal with Inter expires in 2011 but there are talks over a three-year extension.
“Rene’s contract with Inter will expire in 2011 and we are talking with the club to extend it until 2014,” explained Kacinari in The People.
“It’s true that the negotiations are lasting as bit too long, but there are no problems.
“I have been contacted by many clubs, especially from England and Germany, but for us there is just Inter.”
