The new two-and-a-half-year deals will keep the duo at Selhurst Park until the summer of 2013.
Cadogan, 19, has made 16 appearances for Crystal Palace this season while Parsons, 18, has made two further appearances since making his debut against Portsmouth in the Carling Cup in August.
