He said: “I think we want to try and do the best with regard to adding to a squad which has already proven it can be very successful.
“I am sure these lads thoroughly deserve the opportunity to go on and take on that challenge of the Premier League, but certainly the competition (in the squad) at this level will have to be raised and we look forward to that rebuilding.”
