The Hammers slipped into the relegation zone after losing at Birmingham on Saturday.
“We deserve more points and a better position in the table, especially because we are playing good football,” said Diamanti.
“At the moment we are a bit unlucky, every time our opponents have a chance they score.
“But I’m confident we will turn around soon because this team has got quality and potential to do well.”
