He told the Sunday Mirror: “I’ve had chances to leave, but I’ve not been tempted because I feel Everton are one of the biggest clubs in England.
“Why should I want to leave? There are very few clubs I feel that I’d go for.
“I want to win things here. So many people say I’ve got no chance of doing that. Well I’m not going to give up on it. Maybe the time will come when Everton fans get bored with David Moyes. I don’t know. It’s not something I can do much about.
“I’ve just got to keep on doing my best. I won’t get everything right, but I’ll try to get it all right.”
