Moyes is ready to make a move for Moutinho, after Mikel Arteta suffered a horror injury just three minutes into Sunday’s goalless draw at Newcastle.
Arteta could be out of action until Christmas, according to The Sun.
Reports say Moyes had a £12million bid for Moutinho rejected last summer and it is believed Sporting Lisbon want around £20million for their star midfielder.
