The Portugal U21 forward has yet to make his first-team debut for Everton, since joining the club in 2010.
The 22-year-old still has a year left on his contract with the Toffees, but he admits he would be interested in a return to Portugal.
“Everton do not want my exit but this move would be of interest to me,” Silva told A Bola.
“Guimaraes were always a club that pleased me.
“I do not want to say too much on the subject but if the chance arises I would not rule it out.”
