The 23-year-old came off the bench and scored in last weekend’s win over West Brom.
“I can’t rubbish the super-sub tag – I always seem to get a goal or something,” Anichebe told the Daily Post.
“Whether it’s coming off the bench or starting games, I’m not really bothered to be honest, but there will come a time when I’ll have to start playing consecutive games all the time, not just coming in off the bench.
“I’ve been troubled with injuries here and there, so it does limit the time I’ve had on the pitch.
“But Everton are great, they’ve managed me well and hopefully they can get me playing a handful of games from the start.”
