The 28-year-old has been linked with a move to City since Roberto Mancini took over as manager at Eastlands.
“I love English football,” Gamberini told Radio Blu.
“The interest of Manchester City? I’m pleased to hear of Roberto Mancini’s admiration, but I’m happy with Fiorentina.
“I have great motivation to play a great season next year after the many frustrations of last season.”
