The French midfielder joined the Rossoneri on a free transfer.
He said: “The balance is positive. I don’t regret joining Milan this year, as I regularly play and am part of the starting XI very often.
“I am less instinctive than I used to be and think more before acting. I must confess I am still a bit shy on the pitch, but this won’t last forever.
“I visited the Gunners’ training ground a fortnight ago, to salute everybody. I massively respect Arsene Wenger and I am friends with some players of the team.”
