Coleman said: “I thought we were okay in the first 45 minutes.
“The defining moment was the first goal going in and after that for 15 minutes we fell away.
“Our concentration was poor, we lacked a bit of discipline and belief we could get back into it.
“That is something for us to go away and think about.”
