The Australia international is yet to feature this season, due to a knee injury, but is confident he will return to training in late October.
“It’s probably just another couple of weeks before I start training and then it’s just about getting fit,” he told the club’s official website.
“It’s been very frustrating. It’s not nice sitting on the sidelines, especially when it’s nice outside and everyone’s training and you’re stuck inside.
“I just want to come back and add something to the team. Hopefully I can do that.”
